Very good exercises. Thanks. I don't know about others but my PD symptoms are too bad to follow you. It is impossible to move as fast as you. I am sad I cannot move like you.

Hello, Elena-we appreciate your comment very much. Sometimes people adjust the playback speed on their device when following along to the exercise videos (e.g., slowing them down or speeding them up) and this can help customize the workout. Another excellent option would be for you to work one-on-one with a physical therapist who could assist you with improving the way you move. We have seen many people in our in-person classes struggle when they first start out and then improve SO much over time as they continue to practice the exercises! I think you are wonderful magician because a few days after I tried your exercises and I gave up, something in my mind pushed me back to your video and I tried I tried again and I didn’t do well but I promised myself that by my next birthday 75 in April I will be perfect and I will be able to move like you. Your video is wonderful and all exercises are so well done for the body and the brain. My brain seems to be asleep that is why I have to continue to practice every day your exercises. Thank you thank you so very much!
