Here's a great exercise which is a modification of the squat exercise I call "The Parkinson's Power Squat." It's multi-dimensional and retains all the benefits of a body weight squat but ads balance, spinal rotation and fluidity. The squat is one of the must functional and useful exercises you can perform that can improve ADLs (Activities of Daily Living), because we do it as an activity so many times throughout the day.
