Parkour has many meaning like No Fear.But one stands out . Parkour is about being creative , not letting anything restrict you but still knowing your own limit.So Parkour is kinda a martial arts , a disipline . So LIVE FREE , LIVE WITH NO FEAR AND KNOWING ONE SELF.
