You should have a challenge where you do a course and every time you reach into a chalk bag to chalk up, you pull out a challenge or disadvantage. (Like wear a weighted vest for 1 obstacle).

For the cast backs and especially the swing casts, the rotation comes from starting in an arched position then snapping into a hollow body. In my mind the sequence is as follows: 1) as I come under the bar, start to arch/kick backwards 2) pull down on the bar as if I am trying to double dyno something really high above my head 3) as I'm approaching the peak of my pull, I snap the arch into a hollow body position 4) tuck as needed to land I found these a little easier to learn starting with only a little swing. Made it easier to get a feel for the timing of the positions. Also, apparently it has a similar feeling to doing a cody on trampoline. Have fun! :)

Anton, jaw tension usualy indicates tension and stress. It can come from the stress and tension you have to execute the move. Try to analyse if this tension is present in the upper shoulders aswell. Try to relax as much as possible before the move (with extra attention to the jaws). Improvement usualy goes better and faster when you do so. Does it inhibit the movements you make? Generaly it improves when you feel more relaxed executing the move thus it's an outing of your body for the stress and tension you create before the move itself. (I'm a psychomotor & relaxation therapist)
@AntonFomenko4 жыл бұрын
Hey! Thank you for your feedback! This is actually one time thing. First move after long pause. But then it never happens. 🤔
@friggeh4 жыл бұрын
@@AntonFomenko Yep, first time you re-acces the motor pathway causes some extra tension. As a result, you probably bit your teeth together during the jump. As you're quite at home in your body, you can losen it easily afterwards, but the sensation remains. It usualy happens without you even knowing it did. Nothing to worry about unless it persists or inhibits your normal progress

@Anton- You are honestly my new favorite KZbinr foreal. Yes your video's are entertaining and your ninja skills are out of this world. But the reason you have become my favorite is because you are doing something you love and are passionate about. Most KZbinrs make videos for profit or just to become famous. Yes alot make good quality content but you can tell with each passing video they make, they're less passionate about filming and basically upload to make their fans happy, but when they loose passion it's simply because it turns into a job for them. When I see you out there with your friends you are just so happy and grateful for being able to do what you do. Of course you make amazing videos as well but you make them cause your heart goes into what you love doing and it shows in each one of your video's. I'm a big fan and will always support your channel and passion for the sport. I hope you nothing but success in your future and for you to always be safe and happy. Hope you have an amazing day and thank you for sharing your life experiences with us because it's highly appreciated.

I think I know why you feel the stress/pressure on your jaw. I might be wrong but I've had the same. What I expect is that you're stressed/nervous/excited, many people will unintentionally clench their jaw (I do the same). By clenching it too hard/much it can actually cause soreness in your jaw. Combine that with you maybe over-clenching due to the tension/nervousness/excitement and the impact of landing on top of that and it should be able to cause that pain. Just watch it before jumping and just relax your jaw a tiny bit before you jump.
