how did you fixate the back end of motor housing, did you weld it or anything else? Because i see that you have grinded away old bits

how did you stick these brushes to this plastic?

I soldered them underneath with 2.5mm copper wire, and glue them together.

In my grinder just like that one, PARKSIDE PWSA 20 Li-B3 speed has broken down. The speed regulator does not work, even if you go up or down the speed wheel it always goes to the maximum. I don't know how to fix the problem. The NCE40H12 40v 120A mosfet was changed for a new one.

Maybe after the mosfet burned out, it also damaged the control driver. I need to open my angle grinder to see the whole board and think of something, but I don't think it will recover🤔

Hello. The original Motor code is: "PARKSIDE speedmaster RS897-20V" But I mounted the 895, it is low speed and its performance has dropped. The motor you buy must be 20 000 RPM
