Infact, Karti Chidambaram should have asked this question long back to his father because CIBIL was introduced by RBI in 2001 when Jaswant Singh was the Finance minister, and later CICRA was enacted in the parliament on 23rd June 2005 when P.Chidambaram was the Finance minister.......!!!!

RBI should launch a platform for all banks like cibil company. RBI should moniter and control it, private company should not be allowed to assess one's financial status.

What is the problem to hear CIBIL requirements if we are sincere in repaying the loans as took more than one crore loan when I was in service. I did not face any problem till my repayment after retirement for almost seven years. If no control is there which is transparent in giving all details of loans Etc. Now I am getting calls continuously for further loan after seven years of my retirement because of my prompt payment of all loans with much difficulty. I am replying present callers that I want to live in peace after my retirement now which all callers understood and say sorry after my reply please. Let us be fair please. This fellow and his father are still not on bail. How they won election in Tamilnadu everybody knows in Tamilnadu. Highly corrupt family despite being very rich family in Tamilnadu
