Lukewarm milk 130ml+-
Active dry yeast 5g｜1/2Tbsp
Bread flour 250g｜1,3/4cup
Sugar 25g｜3Tbsp
Salt 2.5g｜1/2tsp
Whole egg 1 (55g+- an egg)
Unsalted butter 30g｜1/8cup
Grated parmesan cheese 2Tbsp
Melted butter 15g｜1Tbsp
Parsley 1tsp

Hi Apron, thank you for sharing, I stay in hot and humid country, room temp can be 31 degree celcius, everytime I knead my dough is hot, any advice on this please thanks
