Hi, this just popped up in my recommendations. I gotta say, as an Indian that cooks with garlic in 90% of my food, toasting it is waaaaaaaaay better. Raw garlic just doesn't taste the same. Browning it in butter or sunflower oil gives it a much better taste and adds a bit of saltiness to it heh. What you could also do is grate some garlic right into your batter, because fried garlic has a taste of its own. Man, garlic rocks.

When I make these at home, I sautee the garlic lightly in olive oil and toss the fried chicken in the seasoned oil so the garlic flavor is sweeter and not as pungent. Plus the oily on the crispy wings along with the parmesan and some herbs taste so so good. This was a great recipe tho ❤️

hi nick you have to try this in a pan just put a cheese mix and lil bit of milk together over the fried wings in the pan and put the garnment on top of it then wait till the cheese is no longer liquid and everything is nicely coated and goldenbrown. U can also take the bone out of the wing and fill it with mouse
