Hi Chef Parnell Love this bread pudding with egg nog but would have to work around eliminating the nutmeg. I’ll be very happy to make this and definitely adding the vanilla sauce lastly. Scrumptious! Hi, Kathy! As always, thanks for the kind words. If you want to leave out the nutmeg, I think you could definitely just add more cinnamon--it will still be delicious. And yes, making and adding the vanilla sauce at the end is going to be the perfect finishing touch. Thanks for the Christmas wishes, too!
