Another great video and cool to see Adam out with you. It looks like you're in about 40-60' of water for Halibut? I'm curious to know at what depth Adam is jigging the sibiki. I have enough trouble bringing them out of the eel grass in TB and he finds them in th open ocean, lol.

we were halibut fishing 35-15ft. he got most the bait in 50-60ft when we were dropping for crab. Thanks for watching

Congrats on your PB halibut. It's interesting on your looking for warmer water for halibut. I fish here in the Pacific for halibut (Oregon) and water temperature doesn't even play in as factor where we fish.

Congrats on the halibut! I got some crab over the weekend and was surprised with the meat quality vs winter crab. Shells were hard but much less meat mass than Nov/Dec, and more flavorful.

We use a slightly larger eel pattern or grub and it’s deadly on big halibut and lings. The company that directly sells the eel pattern’s is Lancer Jigs here in Wa. The other awesome company is Gibbs delta or delta tackle in bc
