Not all parolees are bad. I'm on parole, i got out in February. Got my CDL in July and been working non-stop to better my life. I just wish stories like mine would also get attention too, other than just the not so good ones.

Here's a thought: Abolish parole. Either an initial sentence for a crime is serious and unbending as a set consequence or it's a complete joke as a concept of consequence altogether. What's the point of a law if the answer for breaking it changes as someone's whim?

Back in the late 90s, Colorado was sending everyone to jail and you did day for day when you violated parole.
