@The Hooded Claw When did he say that Dylan wasn't sadistic? It was confirmed that Dylan was in fact suicidal. The comment wasn't justifying Dylan, it was just reflecting on the duo's mechanics. Calm down.

Lisa Cornell exactly, another fact is that eric’s dad found a pipe bomb in eric’s room, his punishment was to explode it in the mountains, he also had one of his plans to blow up the cafeteria on his bedroom wall and again, the parents didn’t take notice. such a shame 💔

I don't empathize with the Principal because he denies its shared responsibility but it was his responsibility to guarantee a safe environment in his school. There are many testimonies from students who said that bullying was never punished. Drugs and alcohol were consumed and there was an inequality of consideration between athletes and other students. This tragedy is so sad. So many lives lost because of people who didn't do their job properly.

The bigger issue is that normalizing animosity isn’t the way. We should learn to respect each other at the very least and acknowledge people’s differences: backgrounds, struggles, personalities, and whatnot. Bullying is avoidable in a society. If you ultimately don’t like someone just look the other way and don’t think/care about that person. Life’s too short to just obsessively hate on things. Smh. I wasn’t ever bullied in school especially as I got older, so I know it’s possible.

I obviously agree with you. As a mature gentleman myself from Lakemba, New South Wales, Australia. It is very important for every institutions especially our schools to have anti-bullying programs, loneliness awareness, mental illness awareness, strong security & weapon control to try to make the world a kinder safer place for our society period. I am not saying we should be paranoid what I really mean is that we should be very cautious of any boy, any girl, any man and any woman who possesses any dangerous weapons because it is a matter of time before they start going on a deadly rampage which they will end up harming & murdering innocent people. Also they will harm themselves which would lead them to commit suicide. That is why it is very important to connect with people who are struggling with any problems in their life both mentally & physically. To all my fellow human brothers and sisters around the world stay safe & always remember be genuine & take care of one another.

Bullying is going to happen there’s no stopping it. The real danger isn’t People aren’t normalizing bullying, it’s people normalizing revenge violence as a justified action. Every human will be picked on or bullied at some point in life. The answer isn’t to try and get rid of bullying, the answer is in how we teach our children to deal with it. You can’t nerf the world so people don’t get there feeling hurt... you must make people stronger that way there feelings aren’t as easily hurt and if they are hurt they are strong enough to know that is only a temporary feeling.

This makes me sick. I couldn’t imagine what those kids who lost their lives that day were thinking. They probably had big dreams and couldn’t wait to get out of high school. Couldn’t wait to start families, get their dream jobs. Each and every one of the students who went to school that day thought it was just going to be another day, waiting for each class to end to get closer to the end of the day to do the activities they planned after school, but instead they went through the most traumatic experience of their lives and some even losing them. I couldn’t imagine what I could feel like in their situation. My heart goes out to each and every victims families and souls may they rest peacefully. And to the Families of Dylan and Eric... this not your fault. Your sons were mentally sick and unstable. You couldn’t have known about their intentions do not take the guilt of your sons. You did not commit the crime they did.

Another thing, Mental instability, crime and suicide are one of the worst things that as a society we can push people to. Most brain damage is reversible with proper treatment and modern day psychology hasn't changed much in the last 150 years and refuses to acknowledge some of the latest advances. What I'm saying is: it's possible we can help Mentally unstable people become stable and help them integrate into society and prevent disasters like these, sorry for the long read.

You can send them to therapy and give them the medical attention they need but it won’t work unless that person is willing do to the treatments. By the way these boy’s writ in their journals they didn’t want to be help they just want to die and make others suffer.

It’s sad that loners, introverts, or outcasts were and are blamed and stereotyped as likely school shooters. This video just proved that a person can be social and still be a murder. As someone who just graduated from high school and spent one month with a teacher in elementary, the stuff that kids, some who were very social, shared with us was really alarming. That’s why schools should be doing more in investing in quality mental well-being for all students especially during this time when people are becoming more attached to their phones and it’s easier to fall into a toxic community online.

@Tíde Fashuyi Australia had a mass shooting, they strengthened gun laws and bought back guns from the population. No more mass shootings. UK had Hungerford and Dunblane- brought in some of the most restrictive gun laws in the world- no more mass shootings. America, are you listening and watching what has been proven to work in other countries? Or have you learned nothing? Seems like it's the latter. "If you always do what you've always done then you'll always get what you've always got".

I was a sophomore, and my brother was a senior in high school when columbine happened. Dad always told us, if someone comes in with a gun, you tackle and hold them down. It was better to try to stop them than just run, he said. It’s really sad that 25 years later I’m telling my kids the same thing. 😢

The parents didn't know. What do you think Dylan Klebold's mom just dropped him off at school and said "Bye honey. I hope that bombing of yours works out." Eric was a psychopath and a master manipulator. He used this to his advantage since no parent was going to go into his room looking under his bed for pipe bombs. Dylan also hid some stuff although I'm not sure if it was nearly as much as Eric. He used the same logic that Eric did. It's pretty easy to hide things from parents if you are smart enough. In this case, they both used their intelligence for evil.

Because GrimlyFiendish is a loser and jealous of his success and talent, so he says things like "I hope this Eminem gets shot" so he can feel better about his pathetic, empty, sad life.

What most people don't know is that when they went into the library and said everybody with white hats stand up there was a pause in time for a brief moment as the starting intro music to the song Real Slim Shady played.

everyone panics about dress code but not bullying
@NienNienNien
@NienNienNien 4 жыл бұрын
Thats what i am saying school dress codes has nothing to with bullying in fact bullying has never changed. Teachers would rather lecture you in the hallways about having the wrong color shirt on or wearing a hat or sweater. I get that school uniforms give you a sense of you belonging to the school but they ignore the fact that students are bullied almost everyday and they suspend the victim for a week and but the the bully a couple days. If you defend yourself you get detention or you get suspended.

Micheal MJ dress code can have something to do with bullying, like if some kid can't really afford very good clothes and someone notices and makes fun of them. I get what your saying tho
@TheSnapback
@TheSnapback 4 жыл бұрын
Bullying cannot be stopped. It can happen behind closed doors and most people who are being bullied are too scared to speak up. Comparing dress code to bullying is false equivalence.
@unknowncat-qx2cm

TheSnapback also bullying is like a cycle, normally someone who gets bullied will bully someone and then that person might go bully someone and the cycle goes on

My dad was a 25 year member of the Chicago PD (Inspector/detective for 19) and had a close friend who worked with the Colorado Bureau of the F.B.I..... They talked about this case and after extensively investigating this crime for about 36 months The F.B.I came to the conclusion that the biggest urban legend and myth was Harris & Klebold were often bullied prior to this rampage.. The opposite in fact happened. --- --- It was Klebold and Harris (Especially Harris) who bullied others.. The behaviour science unit believed Harris was a clinical psychopath and was adept even at a young age of making himself look like a victim .
