So, I came back to add this comment. I'm Nigerian and the chants are in Yoruba, my native language and one of the many languages here. The accent sounds like it's from Ondo or Ekiti state. It's literally describing someone counting from one to ten on their fingers. "On my 6th finger I'm counting the number six" etc...
