Live in Parrish and like it too, but they are building it out FAST. All that traffic going south on Ft. Hamer Road was people heading to Lakewood Ranch and/or Rt 64 to head to 75 (for shopping at UTC, etc.). Next time you're in Parrish stop on Rt 301 at Sunny Tomatoes/Gulley's/Willy G's for the farmer's market, fresh fish sandwiches, and smoked chicken!

I cut through there once in a while on my way back from Lake Placid heading back to Tampa… in the past five years it’s insane the amount of growth I’ve seen in all these off the beaten path areas….But then again back in the 2000s Lithia Pinecrest was one of those weird areas and then came fishhawk

We never checked out Parrish because we wanted to be near Venice. Will explore later this year! Thanks for calling out some of the streets, route numbers and cardinal directions.

Do one on Zephryhills(the city of pure water),,Thonotosassa( the beautiful lake,Hillsbourough State Park which has a rapids with gators on the rocks) and Mulberry( the Phodphate Mountains) in Polk County..You all have still have a long way until you've covered everywhere in Florida.Covered alot though!

Starbucks takes 3 minutes now ❤ used to take 45. We shop daily because its all right there across the street. Before, we had to buy in bulk because it took that long
