An honorable mention could go to the Gulf Coast of Mississippi because of it's affordability and there are some really charming towns there that aren't that well known like some of the coast towns in Mississippi.The beaches are not really good for swimming but the fishing is good plus there is a bad hurricane threat there being devastated by Camile and Katrina.

I remember people saying how they couldnt wait to leave NY for places like Atlanta or Richmond, Philly, Baltimore. New York especially Long Island is beautiful now. I wonder if theyre even happy. I know for a fact they couldnt buy their way back to into NY the way prices have shot up

You’re wrong about Grand Rapids. There are many awesome bars and restaurants, they’re known for having the most breweries of any city, and they have a lot of attractions and things to do. I guess it just depends on what you enjoy. It’s even a 30 minute drive to the beach in the summer.

I appreciate your perspective and actually watched the full video. I personally am not a suburban person. I want to live in a place with good health care options, walkability, and rapid transit. I am finding a link between good public schools, work ethic and a overall healthy society. The only place that would be a consideration of the cities listed would be Providence. Crime is something to look at but most of the violent crime in places known for violence are between people who know each other. Racial climate is something to consider but its different in different places. Learn about the history before moving to find a place where you wont feel as marginalized. I love your content.

@@FLORIDAHOODVLOGS My comment was on the meaning and origin of the word, which is to make aware (awoke) to black people you can have problems in certain places. It seems the critics, of the people who first used that term, now equate the term with Political Correctness. It seems to me; the Right is using this term much more than the Left. The Right seems to use the word Woke as anything that they do not like.

Um why are most of these cities from the south or midwest. You only put one city from the Northeast. Why on earth would you recommend people to move to the south or midwest when the best states are out west or the northeast? (P.S. Texas is not desert looking besides the far west)
@FLORIDAHOODVLOGS2 ай бұрын
The west is very expensive. People today want affordability
@JuanVasquezhasreturned2 ай бұрын
@@FLORIDAHOODVLOGS Yeah, but you stated in the beginning of the video that prices prove the quality of the town/city. If a place is affordable, then it might not be the best place to live, and if it's expensive, then that's where most people would dream to live. I mean heck you make a lot of videos exposing the South a lot, which is a really cheap part of the country.
