Hi Janelle, Art and sweet family! I hope everyone gets better soon. I love the blessing stockings, such a giving heart your family has, more people need to remember to be compassionate and loving. So many happy memories ice skating, I still remember going ice skating when I was younger. The children loved the Christmas lights. I hope you all feel better soon. I do think it helps the kiddies when they have Christmas to occupy them when they’re sick but what a nightmare for the adults. It’s so busy with all the preparations. It’s so worth it for the memories though, that’s the reward for your hard work that makes it so special. Maybe have a little schedule so you and Art can take a little nap in shifts if you both come down with it. You’re a beautiful family. I know Charity’s family have been going through it too it too. Just remember that you are gong to get through it and it will always be ‘The Christmas You All Were Sick’ memory. Have a wonderful Christmas everyone and may The New Year bring many blessings xxx

We’re sick here in East Texas too. 4/5’s of our family are down. Our teen son crawled out of his room about 9:45 and lasted about 20 minutes and we had to put things on hold. It’s a strange Christmas. Missed Christmas Eve service last night. 😢

It’s hard when you have some kids who want to eat and some who don’t. On top of not planning holiday meals…we did what we could to make it special

We had to cancel Christmas Day…husband got a bad cold and severe congestion - he is diabetic and on dialysis…so makes getting sick a whole lot worse…stayed home all day; trying to fight it. Ugh…maybe next year will be better!
