If you use the character editor to change the backstory of the deltas and such it will reapply the skill bonus of the backstory, that mod has a bug that doesn't apply backstories properly when they are made. Shame you can't add any more mods to this series as a new one came out that would be very useful to it called Mechanoid Upgrades

Is there any way to use ship engines in a kill box? Hide them behind something flimsy? And turn them on when needed? I’ve seen many pawns die by standing behind an engine.

the only way to turn them on when grounded is to launch a ship, and I don't think you'd need to hide them behind something flimsy, you could probably hide them beind layers of wall and still incinerate the target area. Ships are re-landable though ... lol
