The tau empire has hundreds of planets but remember the imperium has over a million worlds....the tau have no actual clue just how enormous there foe is. Also there entire history is roughly 6,000 years only.

@VithLiahain thats the think they had. Power of friendship. We had to pass 40k years so in time they could be stronger but that's there sad grim dark thing...they arrive at the end of the galaxy
