I can't believe (but I really can...) how much I have missed in previous readings of the Old Testament in my 46 years in the church. Thank you so much for bringing all these teachings to light!

Thank you for your thoughts, Taylor, about covenants and simplifying it to God always inviting us and all He asks is for love and loyalty. I love listening to these. Thank you both so much for your beautiful insights each time.

Beautiful presentation. I so love the story of Hosea and Gomer and the message behind it. It's true, we are all like Gomer in a sense. There's times we have all moved away from the Lord and not wanted to know him, but how beautiful and lucky are we to always have the Lord waiting for us with open arms regardless. Thank you for this beautiful lesson Bretheren, it just makes me love the Lord even more when I re-learn and am reminded of his deep love for his children ❤️

What a beautiful insight. Thanks for putting it into perspective somehow it connects to me that Zion is indeed the wife of God. The churches is a wife of where the children of God were born. To me through baptism and making covenants offering ourselves to be truly His children. In other case, it means children of God truly born through following the standard guidance of God. I like the fact that I am imperfect but He never leaves me. Doesn’t mean I have to keep sinning but repent every day. How great the understanding of the plan of salvation. How many chances has He given us through our agencies. Through preexisting to mortal and into eternal life(through family history work). If I am saying it right. Thank you for all that you share !

What an important lesson today. It´s a blessing to know that our Heavenly Father is always willing to help us repent and is always willing to forgive and protect us. The Scriptures are indeed "love letters" from our Father to us. Thank you!

I watched a movie about the first study book And they put it like a camping trip, but teaching the youths of all in the group Not telling them it's a Bible Book until the very end 📖👀😊 Very creative way to help them understand choice of Church and faith And how to treat others. Yeah it was like in 3 Time periods present, past, and just how each of them are effective in helping others and forgiveness, prayers, stay faithful, giving up things of the world we really don't need!

For some reason I remember there being reference where one of Gomer’s children ends up being in the line of family of Christ’s birth heritage. Isn’t the story of the harlot more of an allegory?

Sincerely trying to think of a kind way to share some feedback, without causing any discomfort. I love these, but will confess that it's hard for me to watch sometimes because It seems like these are often dominated by one person. It often looks like the other guy has things to say but is too polite to interject his ideas. Seems like he is standing there hoping to get a chance to participate, and when he does speak he has to hurry and try to get it in before he's overtaken again. When he does speak, I really value what he has to say. He has so much to add that I find helpful. Maybe it's the agreement that one guy will control everything, and the other guy is just there acting as his support or audience, but when the quieter guy does speak, he has some great input that I appreciate very much. Both guys have a lot to offer, but I would love to see it be more balanced and to hear more of the quieter guy's take on things. It's just a friendly thought.

One has more expertise in foreign languages and the core meanings of individual words which he shares as is important to the lesson. While one is actually presenting the Lesson! There is a difference in their roles in our understanding the entire message!

And many times they have guests on too sometimes even their wives . I’m hoping I got the right meaning out of this lessen that this was not a real marriage or births .
