@@darylhill9400 do you recommend getting the version with video?
@jcam4071 Жыл бұрын
@@darylhill9400 Its a great book really. However, only thinking in strengthening your core is not enough, you have to be able to have flexibility and movement, not like a yoga master or martial artists, for sure, but enough to be a functional human, if not, you are only becoming a rock.

@@jcam4071 I agree he’s a little bit too much in the pure stiffness, doesn’t seem quite natural
@roscoestar2120 Жыл бұрын
@@jcam4071 remember that Back Mechanic is specifically geared towards helping persons with back pain get to being pain free. He has Ultimate Back Fitness and Performance that is geared towards persons looking to expand on the foundation from Back Mechanic.

This is such mastery to watch this is such a gift to be able to watch an assessment by the legend himself Dr. McGill. When he was able to find the nerve drag, incredible.

Why would someone with such a God given knowledge charge such outrageous fees to where only the elite can benefit from it.

you could have a 100 fresh ivy league medical school graduates and they together wouldnt be able to asses a patient like this. Thats why medicine is an art as much as it is a science.

How are you now? Listen to Dr Stuart. Walk 2 to 3 times a day for 15 min. 95%of disc herniation is not for op. It takes time for disc to heal. Avoid positions that puts u in pain
