I made this in a baby blanket using a cake yarn and it turned out beautiful! Even though the color changes are abrupt I feel like it doesn’t take away from the pattern. Thanks for sharing this video

Currently making a baby blanket with this pattern using Hobby Lobby's "I Love This Yarn" in Spun Sugar which is a pastel print (not quite variegated). It is coming out quite pretty.

Am using Lion brand as well! However had to order from Amazon cause nowhere seems to sell it locally in the UK (unless I wanted to travel miles and miles) . When you roll your yarn into a ball, take the label or any piece of paper and fold it lengthwise. Put the tail of the yarn in the fold and wind the yarn around the label or paper. When you're ready to crochet pull the paper out from the middle and the yarn will feed from the center out and the ball will not roll around on you.

I am confused about what wool to use. I am in the UK and we don't go by worsted weight. We have 4ply, double knit, Aran, chunky and super chunky. Any advice anyone would be appreciated.😘😊🤗
