I love this I'm going to make a shrug. But i think I'm going to make long tight sleeves. And match a border for collar and all the way around. Love it. Oh oh! I even have a big cake..no! Two big cakes that match. Oh man I'm so ready for this. I'm weighting the pattern as you speak it. And watching to make sure i understand. Thank you! I was wanting a shrug but didn't know which pattern to use. This is perfect.

Funny about the Alexa! I had to get rid of my Echo. I look forward to making this, seems a lot simpler than the regular midwife blanket which, if I recall, we had to do a lot more counting.

Do you know how or why it is called a midwife stitch blanket? I love it and plan to put this on my to list, near the top! Thank you!
@debidiaz65695 жыл бұрын
the first pattern that came out in "Modern Day" someone saw the blanket on a movie " Call The Midwife" I believe was the title.. After a crazy amount of research the person was unable to find a tutorial. So she made the "Call The Midwife" Blanket or Pattern

Could you help me find a good shawl pattern using a size 6 super bulky yarn? I picked up A.C. Moore’s Stitch Studio by Nicole Chateau in the color way of Red Dogwood; this is so soft! And I wanted to use your variation on the virus shawl called Lace Embrace, but the yarn is too bulky for that pattern. I happen to love your shawl tutorials and have made a couple of them already, in fact you turned me onto making shawls with your easy breezy shawl video. Thanks in advance for any help you might be able to give, Ginny Reynolds
