Cargo scoop with boost it'll change up the game- It needs a fa off skill level to appreciate- a skill level you have clearly exceeded. Great vids - makes me want to play again.

Thank you! Ah man I feel for you haha it’s tough when you start out. A few things I wish I had or knew about when I was starting out…. * Search Moxen Wolf Fa off guide - it’s the best no nonsense long tutorial. * Practice trying to scoop cargo fa off - trust me it will teach you your thrust control quicker then combat ever will. * Tailor your controls to best suit fa off, you will want easy and comfortable access to thrust up,down,left,right. The hardest part for me was reading the space dust direction. The tobii eye tracker really helps because I can glance around for points of reference or engine trails to know what boost and thruster input I need. Good luck and fly safe 👍🏽

@@bokatan9642 I've been putting time in working with his videos. I worked up through the third video and they have definitely made me more proficient quickly. But I play with dual flight sticks rather than KBM. I've considered getting the eye tracker, but it's not a cheap investment for sure!

I haven’t played in a long time (last three vids were from a single short session from a month ago) but I’m itching to get back in the mamba. I might lose the beam and replace it with a adv missile

@@bokatan9642 just outfitted my mamba for AX combat. Loving it, although that ship is all boost no thrusters.

@@bradchristensen6756 love it! Yeah make sure to try and do any major thrust adjustments during the first couple of seconds of boost. The reverse thrust (brake) is fairly decent so it always helps to slow yourself down a little bit to give the vertical and horizontal a chance to do there thing. The mamba performs best when you tailor a flying style to suit the ship and its strengths. It’s brilliant at breaking the 3km and then quickly engaging again. The boost landing gear trick works well too as it caps your max speed at around 300m/s but you get the additional turning rate and thruster boost. Happy hunting bud 👍🏽
