Hi there, I have a prefab garage for a future model railway - after you installed the insulation, did you get any condensation around the garage? Thanks 👍👍🚂🚂

hello I have not noticed any but I did not use a vaper barrier in the walls or roof but I did use a plastic sheet on the floor. in hindsight perhaps one should be used on the walls and roof. its a vary time consuming project 2 years in the making almost finished. by the weekend It should be finished. morevideos to come including the all important final costs video. so glad its almost finished.

not that I have noticed it is some thing that has concerned me and maybe putting some vents in the back and front could solve this but doing so will affect insulation value of course. I do get a draft coming in the front because of the garage door. which sort of solves this I guess.

Insulation used was 40mm for the walls and 25mm for the metal door. Most insulation was bought from seconds online if you watch all my videos I go into everything.
