Grounds nd connections are very important on dash lights and connections...very carefully on the light sockets...bend the contact tabs up just a little bit(it will BREAK IF YOU GORILLA IT IN ANY WAY) SO BE CAREFULL AND...GO S L O W...bending the connect tabs up will give you that extra contact that is needed on printed circuit boards like this...a lead pencil eraser will clean any mating surface...then small spritz of WD-40 WILL PROTECT IT ALL TO KEEP CORROSION OUT ESPECIALLY IF YOU LIVE NEXT TO THE BEACH...OK...MOISTURE IS YOUR ENEMY...DO NOT SPRAY KILLER AMOUNTS BECAUSE IT GETS INTO THE PLASTIC GUAGE AREA AND IS TOO HARD TO CLEAN...JUST Z LITTLE GOES A LONG WAY...FOG IT SOMEHOW...SPRAY OVER IT AND LET THE MIST SETTLE UPON IT...YOUR ELECTRICAL CONNECTIONS CAN BE SPRAYED ON THE MALE END OF PLUG BEFORE INSERTING IT INTO YOUR GUAGE ASSEMBLY...GOOD LUCK...USE OLD COTTON T SHIRTS TO COVER OPEN HOLES WHILE MISTING WD40...PLEASE DONT LET IT GET UNDER PLASTIC LENS SO YOU CAN SEE CLEARLY...K???...ALL THE BEST TO YOU DIY...

sorry, I misread your post. you can find the led lights on eBay. Just make sure you get the right size bulbs.

Yes it would appear that it is. I recorded that on my phone so I probably turned it on accident
