I have double sink since 10 years...both sinks are washed at the same time daily...why would you wash one and leave other? My And my husbands parents both have single sink And I know challenges of single sink.. When you have two sinks, And u are doing hand washing, you run utensils under water And keep in the other One...then you apply dishwash liquid And put in the 1st one...that is a good way...of doing dishes...dirty dishes in One sink And the One with soap in other.... When u have One sink, all your dirty as well as soap applied dishes are in Same sink..which is unhygienic...I have even seen ppl take out all utenils from sink And put on slab And then keep them in sink after applying soap to maintain hygiene ..but why do so if you can have two large sinks....that way you don't mess slab also. Washed utensils should be kept in a basket separately near sink so water drips...not in sink, just near sink.

It's individual choices. If utensils are washed in utility area then kitchen sink is used only for vegetable wash

My modular kithen construction starts next month. Thank god I came across your video. my designer already prepared the 3D map where they were about to place the granite counter over plywood. I will drop this plan right away and go for concrete slab. I do not want a modular now but a semi modular. . Thank you maam

Sink point, i am thinking to make double sink in future home. But in confused state, due to the vdo i will go with regular one. Pantry i had already in my kitchen. Not that much useful,but ab ho gaya so use Karo. Nice video 👍

You are so right about the pantry I am planning to do my kitchen and first thing I said no to the designer was this pull out draws system. Such a waste of space and money. And the light weight tall objects are going to fall into the spaces not reachable.

Nice informational videos from your channel. How about using Kadapa stone instead of plywood or concrete slab for modular kitchen platform? Also I think the simple Kadapa stone is much better for slabs/shelfs with shutters is best instead of any company made pantry unit. Thanks for the tips from your video series. ❤💐🙏🏼

Mai abhi modular kitchen banane wali hun aur mujhe aapki video kaafi useful lagi. Mujhe bhi pantry unit ka shokh hai kyunki fancy lagti hai lekin aapki advise ke baad mai pantry unit ka idea drop kardungi. Ek advise dedein , glossy cabinets better hai ya matte cabinets ???
