Namshkar friends! We are temporarily shifting to another house today. So, won't be able to reply to your comments as shifting work is going. Will try to reply as soon as I settle down in new home. Soon new series will be starting from the rented home. Stay tuned for some really interesting topics. Also, do comment and let me know if you would like me to make some specific renter friendly videos. Lots of love 💕 Ashu

Howsoever good the planning , One has to live in the house to realise the shortcomings. Minor works are ok but thought 4 yrs was too short for major repairs. But like it is said every challenge is also an opportunity . So all the best.

Don't miss these important points while renovation: 1) Charging points or switches inside the bathroom cabinets for charging electric shavers and epilators. 2) Switch board adjacent to bathroom mirror for using electric shavers and hair dryers. 3) Place the Tumble Dryer over the washing machine thus making the use of the vertical space.
@pareshkshirsagar81732 жыл бұрын
Now Wahser+Dryer also available in market
@nidhidandriyal2 жыл бұрын
@@pareshkshirsagar8173 Yes I know. But she already has separate washer and dryer.

Thanks for the idea of switch boards inside the cabinets of bathroom. Lots of love from Delhi (India).
@geethasrikrishnan4842 жыл бұрын
Is it ok and safe to keep the dryer above the washer? Or do we mount on ledges to protect the washer ?
@nidhidandriyal2 жыл бұрын
@@geethasrikrishnan484 Although the companies don't recommend keeping two electronic appliances one over the other. But I have seen 80% of the Americans doing that. However we can make a wooden slab or a concrete slab or a granite Slab in between the two appliances. This will make max utilization of the vertical space and we will get enough space on the floor. I am also planning to make a provision to keep my front load washer over my Dishwasher in the utility area. This provision will also make easier to pull out clothes from the washing machine specially for the lazy person like me.
@mayak26762 жыл бұрын
In wardrobes even for regular clothes, one should have pullout shelves, instead of traditional shelves....makes it easy to access clothes stacked behind.

I am yr new subsciber but am trying to see yr old videos. In one U had suggested clear work space on both sides of kitchen stove . Yes. But your present kitchen does not seem to have. Even if u are not washing dishes in the round sink . For aesthetics sink and stove could havs besn slightly apart I think The cook top could have been on the counter top facing the window. Th at way u will optimally utilize that counter ,avoid twisting your waist 😊😊and also not have your back towards the dining. Do consider if planning kitchen renovation.buf ok if u r ok wifh it. And it may require major work
