What nozzle did you use for inserting into the exhaust? I couldn't tell in the video.

Just used the one that Extra sent with the kit. But we shortened it so that it was only about 1 in long. Then crimped the end to almost nothing and drilled a couple small wholes in one side. Then insert the tip so the drilled holes spray into the exhaust. So upwind so to speak.

How do you get the flow rate down on the pump? Is it just by restricting the nozzle, or is the pump itself adjustable?

You don't change the flow rate. You only tweak the tip so that it does not put out so much oil. The pump just keeps the pressure up.
