The adventure continues: With the Lycian army in shambles, it’s up to our sword-hating lord and his merry band of odd folk to reach Ostia and rescue Hector’s child (whoever that person may be). Unfortunaly with the Lycian army falling several lords started turning traitor, alligning themselves with Bern, or maybe having always been on their sides. The first such traitor the group would face was Erik of Laus, a territory that had lost most of its militar force in a coup a generation before, yet a vision of death haunted the lord, the visiono f the veteran warrior dead by arrows and even him bleeding from such arrows, hopefully just a bad omen and nothing else. The first wave took down the transporter, and from there the army foot with a foot behind, holding their ground as they could. A prisioner of Erik, a bloodlustfu retired doctor, managed to escape into the battlefield with aid of one of Erik’s mercs, a one-eyed pyrelord that later joined the battle at Erik’s orders. The good bad doctor latter managed to convice him his nebulous objectives were better alligned with the Lycian army, so the pyrelord defected, but not before oportunistic pirates slayed the merc from Araphen. The Laus forces were routed before making more casualties and shortly after, Erik of Laus fought his last battle. Now aware of potential treachery, our brutish lord decided to go through the mountain trail to avoid meeting even more Lycian traitors, unfortunaly bandits preying the region had the same idea and a battle ensued between the Lycian army and the bandits. The old shaman from the suddenly became younger for unclear reasons. Despite the bandits swarming the crew they won the battle mostly unscathed, barring the tactician shouting a few curses to whatever god of luck may hear him. A pair with allegiance with the Elimine Church, a odd looking dancer seeable… in China (wherever in Elibe that may be), and a cleric clad in heavy armor, joined the group. Just before reaching Ostia, they stopped at Thria expecting a safe haven. Little did they know Lord Orun’s retainer murdered him and planned to ambush the group in a false offer of hospitality, however a wyvern Rider that, somehow, was sneaking and robbing the place while mounted on his wyvern, noticed this and warned our intrepid lord, he forced the trap sprung, leading the Thrian forces to descend upon them, aiming to kill. The group rescued a imprisioned thief from a cell, whose first action was opening a door filled with soldiers. The Thrian soldiers were thwarted with ease by our forces. However word is Ostia has a rebellion on the rise, with turncoats ready to sell Lycia to Bern, the greatest challege of our group yet. What obstacles shall our group face? Who lies in Ostia to help our party? Will fate try to once again slay the great fighter Jumb? Find out next time on Fire Emblem Binding Axe!!!

I honestly love the lore of this campaign. There are enough reasonable characters here that makes this feel not like a complete joke while still being funny. It feels very much like an alternate universe retelling of FE6 that doesn’t take itself so seriously. It reminds me of the BS Zelda games in that way, or even more apt, a DND campaign. I’d love to see an FE7 sequel to this with some characters returning, like maybe Nohime when she was young. My head canon was that she got really pissed at being old and studied black magic to reverse her aging. Maybe the original design is her daughter. I honestly want to try this with my own self inserts now.

I really do like the DnD comparison and think it's perfect. Both are a group of complete misfits and probable social pariahs who somehow accomplish things that should be absolutely impossible with their complete lack of cohesion, but it just keeps happening anyway. Jumb for party bard who gets annoyed at people who don't appreciate his music and just breaks his axe on their face!

This is a really fun idea, and Mangs seems to enjoy doing it, so I feel confident in saying there will be future "seasons" of this series. Might be fun to embrace the meme factor a bit more next time and try removing the 300% total rule? I can imagine it will be a lot of people giving great growths and a lot of people giving terrible growths. But that could work as a way to make the easier games more entertaining and unique.

Another stream I wasn't able to submit my characters for, which is sad. But at least I was able to catch the end. Jumb is getting main lord treatment lol. I little off topic but, I started getting more into fire emblem hacking though there is a problem with it. So I tried making custom items then I dragged the items around to organize it and for some reason, it switched the effects of my items. For example, my vulnerary works like a pure water and idk the best way to fix it. So if any of you know FE builder hacking more than me, then please tell me how to fix this.
