The adventure continues. Ostia… is in rebelion, Hector’s former advisor Legance and his men, after seeing the crushing defeat of the Lycian had by the army by Bern, decided to surrender the Lycian city to Bern. As our grup arrived, they were gretted with drawn blades, ready to kill the Phrean lordling as a show of loyalty to their intended overlords. Shortly after the skirmish started, a menacing looking hero and a knight appeared to honor their contract to lord Hector by joining the force to liberate Ostia. Bernese wyvern riders and Ostian rebels descended on our group with potencially lethal force, but with a mighty roar our brutish lord slew a cavalier and recruited another merc, this one a ninja soldier that can beat robins (yes the bird). The enemy forces crumbled and the crew engaged in a few gladiatorial fights before slaying Lieutenant Debias to gain access to the castle. The traitorous Legance lied within the castle walls but to cut looses ends, he order that Hector’s daughter, a very hungry pegasus rider(whose mount was left with her in her imprisionment for some reason) be dispensed of discreetly (by archer, so that’s why). A secretive swordman that used to spy for lord Hector appeared and informed our lord that Hector’s daughter is being held in a cell by the castle and joined the group, ready to aid. Echoes of battle could be hear through the castle as the group moved through the rebels until they reunited with Ostian loyalists, a sugar daddy troubadour and a member of the Fortress Bulwark of Insight lead by a well endowed wyvern rider. Somehow the guy from Thria sneaked into Ostia castle, unlocked Hector’s daughter’s cell, leading her to meet with our group, and proceeded to plunder a treasury nearby, our lord however confiscated most of what he stole and became a little less unskilled because of a magical book. Legance stood strong and mighty on the throne but was no match for a barrage of magic ending the rebelion with his last breath. Lycia was freed now but what other dangers await our group? What other madmen will join our party? Will Jumb become even more powerful? Find out next time on Fire Emblem Binding Axe!!!

On the FE1/FE6 similarities, my understanding is that IS wanted to get back to the series’ basics after FE5 released super late in the Super Famicon lifecycle (I think it was the last game, well into the N64’s lifetime), FE64 never happened, and Kaga left. They went all in and I think it worked out.

Mangs should add to any soldier's personal bases or they'll all be meme tier I would add the mean of fighter + merc - soldier or just use cavalier bases or sumfk Adding 2 str, 2 skill, 5 speed, 6 def, and 3 con to their personal bases would put on them on par with a cavalier with the same bases before said addition, they'd basically be a cavalier but on foot and without swords The soldier here never fought anything because she was so garbage, never even saw her palette, it's just a waste of a unit slot then, might as well not allow them as an option. They make base Jumb look good

Though I definitely agree that fe6 is very similar to fe1, but a few of the comparisons aren't really 1 to 1. A lot are more or less superficial in terms of character design. For 1 the search for artifacts is only really in fe6. The Falchion is the only 1 you need in fe1 and that's mostly stolen from his family. While little to no one really knows where the 8 Legend's weapons are. But I might just be dissecting this part too much.

Fire Emblem fans hate their own series. With that being said, I agree. Nothing wrong with waifus, female characters are just created and happen to be waifus. Now when the game becomes an incest bait dating sim(Fates). That's the issue. Nothing wrong with dating aspects in a game about war. It's expected, love flourishes on the battlefield because of the danger.

Rixia of all people for waifu? Man, there are so many choices in Kiseki and Rixia certainly is not one of the best, looks wise she is fine (Till Kuro, than her boobs get so big they take half of your screen and that's just nope), but her personality is... Eeeeeeeeh, she's fine I guess, but just in Crosbell games alone you got Noelle for example, of course to each their own but Noelle is just so much more fun character, and personally I love Tio a lot, of course in more platonic way, she still got few years to grow, but TIo is easily the best character in Crosbell duology

Meh, these meme characters are all pretty cringey. I mean, really… Jhong Xina? I don’t even believe in God, but I prayed to Him that Mangs would *not* create “Jhong Xina”. Looks like He continues not existing, because we now have even a full portrait of Cena. Let’s not even get into that stupid song that plays when she dances… You can just tell that most of Mangs’ followers are probably 10 to 12 years old.
