Very True Sir... No purchase before OC is received. I am stuck with Hiranandani which happens to be one of the most renowned Developer.But the property I have purchased is ready to occupy but the Builder is not able to get OC for the building since more than 1 year for unknown reasons. Wish I had seen your Videos before booking... U rock Sir ... 🙏

Well said. Before OC, gov not allowingcto fix enclosed grill. Grill with opening and closing window separayely nust be allowed to fulfil fire safety norms. Gov needed to change its law by allowing enclosed full grill with opening yo avoid accident, suicide etc.
