The second issue (4th Amendment) issue was failure to identify. The ruling was that the two arresting officers (but not Lt. Driver) lost their qualified immunity. The case went back to the previous court for settlement. I couldn't find the record for that final settlement and it is not clear to me what amount (if any) actually came out of the cops' pockets.

Roswell convicted me for criminal trespass at Roswell high. Went to get my transcripts and secretary said I didn’t have to sign in. Security said I had to go back in the building to sign in. I said no. Was arrested 2weeks later on a no bail warrant. Judge Pineda just said I can afford my own lawyer cause I had a job. I was a sacker at a grocery store. Never looked into financials and said I was indigent then at trial just said I’m guilty.

You should see the town near roswell they fired a police chief for reporting illegal stuff and then paid him quarter million to avoid lawsuit and then put hush order on him to go and take the settlement to keep it all hush. It's common in new Mexico.

This was rhetorical, he was stating the fact that not one of them was a good cop stopping the bad cop from doing the illegal act. Cop helmet polishers often like to say that not all cops are bad, and here he is pointing out that even if there was a good cop they still didn't stop the illegal act! Whether it was because they're afraid they lose their job or not doesn't mean shit, it's still disqualifies the fact when people say there are good cops out there.
