I mean, I hate going to my manager when I don't need to... At a certain point you're expected to deal with situations yourself, without getting superiors involved. I've had times where it seemed easy to deal with, got asked for my manager. I started to explain, and got cut off with "what part about manager do you not understand??". Great video and excellent job on this audit. As an Oklahoma resident, I appreciate what you do. The police where I live close by in Ada OK are terrible. Also, we have CLEET in that city which is the central training facility for the state. I liked the fact that you did not use any disparaging language in or outside the office.
