Leo is a great dancer- he’s a double threat since he can lead or follow. In West Coast Swing it’s usually the followers who shine, but with Leo’s flexibility and and athletic moves, he often “tops” his followers on the dance floor. I would love to see him dance with Tatiana or Nicole, even though they are in different West Coast Swing divisions. That would certainly challenge him to be a stronger lead since they are also very flexible and athletic dancers, with a lot of extraordinary moves that put the spotlight on them every time they compete! Of course the best dances comes from partnerships where the dancers encourage and highlight the skills of one another. This makes both of them better!
