I finally figured out that I have B6 toxicity which caused the Brachioradialis nerve itch. I stopped all supplements that contain B6 and the pain left rapidly. Thought this may help others…

I went to chiropractor for about 4 years. The first year I went 2 or 3 times every week. You have had surgery, i have not, so in your case idk if you can see chiropractor. It definitely changed my life. I kept hurting myself as a nurse aide working in long term care. The masking caused me tension then I was more prone to injuries. I could feel my emotional state changing prior to my muscle tightness, for instance when i witnessed things i didn't agree with then had to go along with it, i would tend to injure myself lifting a residents right after, i just worked in pain the whole time. Extreme painat times.

I think we just in general are more prone to nerve pain, discomfort and sensations. We have to self nurture way more to deal with this preventively(not a word but you understand). When I am imbalanced in diet to long, or recieve a vaccine, use a medication that isnt compatible to me especially antibiotics, birth control, too much social stimulation, all these things attribute to me being more injury prone and nerve discomfort, numbing, dropping stuff and balance also happened to me in my 20s. Chiropractic care has helped me a lot, i dont seem to have the tension if im not masking on a daily basis.
