The flywheel on my 11 year old cub cadet with 21 hp kawasaki engine is badly corroded. Can that effect the performance and can it be cleaned. If so how. Great video. I have a fr651v engine that has been leaking badly. Thought it was the lower engine oil seal. After watching this video I'll have to check the breather valve cover as well as the lower seal.

I have this problem, but i cannot find this crank breather upgrade kit or a new gasket for that matter anywhere. How do you source it?

Thanks for sharing. The new style valve cover gaskets are a lot better than the older ones. Do you see a problem using a little blue loctite on the breather and stator bolts as a safety measure? Do you have a trick for removing old paper gaskets that have become brittle and stuck on the surface? Have a great day!!!

Kawasaki fh601v does that gasket go with the silicone up to the cover or silicone down to engine?

Hey excellent video tutorial as always. Do they say anything about using a lock tight maybe blue medium ? Because if the bolts do vibrate loose it could become a Kohler Courage Bomb.

Changed Oil seal top and bottom and oil pan gasket ..cranked it up but it has slight wobble to it..like its out of balance..... no clanking sounds but it does have an uneven muffled knocking sound..what could that be...?
