Super cute I like it. I have shingles right now and not in the frame of mind to work on my more complicated things. I'm going to grab some scraps tomorrow and try this.

this is really colourful.I would not have trusted the joining together of the pieces how you started them ,but then when you added the strip over ,it really took a different look. I am definately doing this.I have lots of strips.

You're making good progress. I'm thinking about making one as a table runner or for the foot of my bed.

As I told you, I’m making my quilt with my mother’s old fabrics. Nothing fancy. I’m making block by block and when a block is finished I put a back fabric (a piece of an old bedsheet) with an embroidered word. Then I attach the block to the ones that are already finished. I have absolutely no idea whatsoever 😂 how I’m going to deal with the uneven edges of the quilt, since I’m not measuring anything and each block is a different size 😂! Your scrappy quilt is looking great and I loved the long video. You know I like them long 😉 💙🧡🩵♥️🩷💛💚💜🩶🤎❤️

I'm excited about your quilt. It's so special to be able to use some of your mother's old fabrics. I have an idea cooking in the back of my mind about how I'm going to bind this quilt also. I know it won't be perfectly straight and I'm thinking about how I can purposefully create an meandering binding. Haven't got it all together yet but I still have plenty of time to think it through. Love that we're creating together.

It sure does look that way when I start out. For me, this is part of it's charm and uniqueness. Hold your final jundgment until the quilt is finished. I promise, it's going to be a masterpiece, at least in my gallery. LOL Thank you so much for wathing and commenting.
