I love that Catherine described that I definitely have a toxic liver. I know exactly what I am doing wrong. I want to loose weight so desperately that I will do anything, even cut out alcohol. Please help me. I am sure I have a hormonal in balance as well

I relate to so many aspects. I am 54 and hormones all over the place. Picking up weight, water retention and feeling bloated. I would love to test my liver and hormones.

Such an informative session. I have been struggling to loose weight and have started now to drink more water, eat more healthier and trying to exercise more. This video has really helped me to understand why I have been struggling. Thank you

Thank-you so much! I struggle with my weight constantly......I have watched your informative videos and read the liver detox section on the website ....I have realised that I do not drink enough water, that I should switch my main meal to lunch time and est light ofter 2pm and that I should be more aware of eating organic foods.....after all we are what we eat....so impprtant for good health and weitght loss👍🌈

You can always have a blood test to check them out but see a functional medical practitioner to help you along the way! I strongly recommend dr Catherine Vermeulen if you’re in Cape Town x

We will cover I F in a separate video but the principles outlined here do not align with I F and Catherine recommends eating small meals throughout the day with the smallest one for dinner.
