Oh, a Nyx video, I got to see this! In my current no guard stance challenge, I plan on using Nyx a lot, so I'll definitely be going the Archer route. The only sad thing is that I would want her husbando to be Odin, but for the sake of using the absolute beast that is Diviner!Nina (lol), I'm plugging Nyx and Niles together, who get absolutely nothing from being together. :( Alas, Nyx getting the kill on Takumi in Ch10 should be good. With how slow the (recording) progress is going though, it's going to be a while before I release anything on KZbin...

I love that you have to give every unit their flowers on their retirement chapters, and it's great to see Nyx really come through here with the magic growths and end her time in the army on a high note. I think she missed only one out of seventeen magic growths across the entire run? Shaky prowess as a combat unit aside, she clearly understood her assignment. I'm gonna be sad when all the funny janky 1st gen unit builds are retired and you're left with only their super-powered juggernaut children. I know the idea is you suffer using the former to be rewarded with the latter, but i feel like once you've played the game enough it reverses and the fun + rewarding part is just the act of putting those 1st gens to work.

So about Wyvern Rider Shigure and how it's Azura's fault and not Jakob's In fate when when a child would inherit a class they already have then or try to inherit a class they can't inherit, they inherit that parent's reclass. If the child also can't inherit the parent's reclass then they try to inherit the parents parallel class aka a class, usually from the different nation, that can only be inherited when the child can't inherit with the parent's original class's parallel taking priority. Furthermore because all the canon parents but F!Corrin and Azura are Fathers, the father takes priority on inheritance. In the context of Jakob!Shigure: Shigure's base class in Pegasus Knight Shigure inherits Jakob's Tourbadour class Shigure can't inherit Azura's Songstress because no one can Shigure can't inherit Azura's Pegasus Knight because that's his starting class Shigure can inherit Azura's Tourbadour class (Songstress Parallel Class) because Jakob gave it to him Shigure finally inherits Azura's Wyvern Rider (Pegasus Knight Parallel Class) One noteworthy thing about Parallel Classes is that this will happen again in this playthrough with Nyx!Nina who will inherit Diviner from Nyx since Nyx and Niles have the same class set but in different orders and Diviner is Dark Mage's Parallel Class and Since Nyx got a lot of magic this level Zoran might be considering Onmyoji for Nina for the novelty and the Magic Nuking EDIT I mistakenly said that Tourbadour is Pegasus Knight's Parallel Class which is false Tourbadour is Songstress' Parallel Class

I'm honestly surprised you didn't send Soleil into Master Ninja over Mechanist to keep her sword rank. Sure, ninjas normally don't care about their sword rank at all, but that's mostly in terms of building it, at least to my understanding. I would have figured keeping her C in swords would be useful for kodachi chip at least, for situations where dagger debuffs are undesirable for experience reasons. I'm no expert though, just something that raised my curiosity when I saw it. Realistically the bulk will probably be more helpful anyway, and I imagine you'll probably be putting her into Master Ninja down the line for Shurikenfaire and better offensive stats once she's leveled up enough in the bulkier mechanist class. Is that the idea?
