There's something childishly gratifying about wyvern classes being so strong and CQ being so player phase focused. It's like, "I'm going to have a super cool army, and they're all going to ride DRAGONS and FIGHT everyone," and it's actually the best thing you could be doing.

Well, I don’t want to give you the wrong impression. You really can just use the game’s mechanics to stack stats on a 1-2 range juggernaut, and that’s almost always the easiest way to win. But assembling a big air force and killing many enemies on player phase is both fun and effective!

​@@Zoran501 A 1-2 Juggernaut like MNinja Silas or Sorc Ophelia may be the easiest way to win. The air force may be quite fun and effective and it makes good use of your deployment slots. But the most ironic way to win is Sol Maid Peri madly charging the enemy army. She is far from the best 1-2 juggernaut but no one ever sees it coming. Especially Peri herself since as a maid she is a servant and that would mean she's out to get herself as she knows all servants are out to get her. And silly unoptimal builds like that is what CQ Lunatic is all about.

I love how Arthur’s bad luck even translates to this challenge. Has to get married early so Corrin can get wyvern rider from Percy before Kitsune hell, his friendship support partner is the only capture bot in the game and needs to be specially deployed for those moments, and his wife already passed him by with both of them left without a promotion seal for the time being, so he’s stuck alone facing flying units 10 levels below the curve while the wind blows him everywhere just to keep up. Very on brand. Also, at 1:30:25, very funny that this is how their actual support conversation goes. 😂

I know some people really hate this map due to the wind, but I find that if you’re prepared for it and work with the advantages it gives you, you can use the wind in really use the wind to help you in your strategies, as Zoran so expertly shows here. There's just something so satisfying to me about using the wind to disrupt enemy formations and to give your units movement capabilities that they wouldn't otherwise have (like so you can ambush Hayato's squad for example)

Agreed, I really like this stage mechanic. It's a very involved one, though, and I realize that some of the minute interactions of where units end up isn't communicated well, so I understand why people dislike it. But it creates really interesting movement options, and the chance to rearrange enemy formations with a Dragon Vein is a very satisfying mechanic.

Shigure Paralogue being likely next has me feeling so smug. I reasoned that because he both cannot build support in his Paralogue (as with Kana and Nina iirc), and needs an A Support with Corrin to give him access to Sky Knight per the rule about Corrin needing every friendship class he must be recruited as one of the earliest children. Immediate Rally Speed and Rally Res is so nice, alongside access to Wyvern for Rally Defense.

Level 15 outlaw arthur for the win I suppose. Feels weird to be heading into the endgame now, well, it would be if paralogues didn't exist. The level 3 shops makes chapter 20 a good time to finish them all up, gives a lot of units time in slightly less hectic missions to get married and you can start a conga line of them! Still, it's always impressive how you make these maps look so easy, but every time a 95% chance to hit came up, I was internally panicking about the miss and reset. Makes me wonder how many resets you'd have to take for a clear like this. Is this where "Read More" begins, I sure hope so. Seems next up is Shigure's paralogue then. Fliers are pretty funny here, and azura + Jakob gives a nice collection of skills, and the only way for him to get natural wyvern is fun. Flying Rallies are very useful. I also assume this is gonna be Beruka's last mission and I can see Arthur getting a few more levels here as well. I also assume doing it here is the last chance you'd be able to get S support with some of the units, espically the last of the child units to join the chain, so that's gonna be really interesting. The train ain't stopping here I suppose!

Ever since you posted this part of your playthrough, I've been inspired to redo my old lunatic run from scratch. I've been cruising the campaign with sol ninja Silas and Soleil, kinshi knight Mozu and Effie, and of course, Super Ophelia (minus tomefaire unfortunately). Before watching your videos, I would've completely dismissed reclassing as an option, but now that I've seen your videos, you've breathed new life into a game that I already loved out of the entire franchise (gameplay-wise). Thanks for all you do, and I can't wait to see how your playthrough ends!

To be fair, in Fates it has a weird system. It's 2hit if it's above 50%, but below 50% it's the actual percentage? So if a beresker comes at you with a 30% hit rate, it is actually 30%, unlike other fe games.

It’s a little bit less aggressive than the old 2RN method about making sure that high-but-not-perfect hit rates actually become hits (which usually means it cheats in your favor a little less), and that’s all that’s worth knowing about it

Another great video. This map always has a lot to consider, and a single misstep can kill your units. To bring the likes of Arthur, who was well behind the level curve, and have him contribute, was awesome to see. And next will be the Paralouges. 1:10:32 Kaze's interaction with the wind here has killed a few of my runs. How on earth did 5 spaces of wind translate to him moving up 11 spaces? In my case, I expected Soleil to land on the lowest part of that top platform, but she instead blew extra distance for a total of 10 spaces and that prevented her from running out of enemy range.

You move 5 standable tiles. The empty space doesn't count as a tile moved for grounded units. Flying units can stand in mid air so they DO count those tiles and always move 5 tiles. He takes advantage of this near the end of the chapter at 1:14:38 putting 2 wyverns below Charlotte. The two wyverns fly the full 5 tiles because they always move 5 tiles BUT they also block the 4th and 5th so Charlotte is forced to stop on her 3rd standable tile.

Ya know, I can’t remember if Hiyato does challenge you for a rematch in conquest, but if he does, then is a missed opportunity for like some fun “specialized DLC” like, instead of getting magic taker from Hof, you get it from defeating Hiyato from another world Same with point blank, just imagine doing Fallen Takumi’s chapter but this time you bring Birthright units & they’re all shocked (but Tbf I can see how that would be odd, & probably mean the Conquest units need specific dialogue depending on if you’re playing conquest or revelations, still, would’ve been neat) Anyway! Great vid!! Honestly seeing Gunther and Arthur level up so quickly kinda threw me, & the bow rank level while hitting 20 too? I’m wondering 🤔 (I also don’t know where to ask so I’ll post here for now, comments are good for the KZbin algorithm XD), at chapter 17 you get the lv 2 Einherjar shop, with lv 3 at chapter 23 I know these units are bad compared to the named characters, & are stuck at E-Rank & level 1, but since you’re “intended” to get these units at these points, is there any way to salvage them? How much babying would you imagine that reasonably cost? I’m willing to guess Mercenary is the best of them, in part to availability (although you get him after Selena), but an outlaw at chapter 17? I mean I won’t say it’s impossible, but it sounds pretty tough to level any of them (cavalier & dark mage) at this point And a knight at chapter 23?? Ignoring literally all the wyvern riders you get by this point, I swear to bubbles I’m still gonna try to use them, but it would be cool to have an experts opinion on this 😅😆 Edit: forgot they were banned lmao, but Tbf they too can be rather forgettable 😅

Try enabling CPU JIT, Memory Reuse and Hardware Shader, and setting Accurate Multiplication at off and shaders at normal with cache. Disable post processing FX and enable dual core usage, if possible

Very likely. I feel like a lot of the plans for the children can roughly be seen one of his videos on Ch26, which is also alluded to with how Zoran stated that Kana will use the Dragonstone+ at some point. This includes the standard Super Ophelia with Vantage, Life and Death, Tomefaire and 2 of Malefic Aura, Magic+2 and Heartseeker.

I'm very curious at how you got that Camilla HD portrait, from what I've checked from the modlist, Camilla's Redesign mod only includes a Non-HD portrait. Unless you've made an edit to it (as stated in the Promotion Texture Compilation part of the list), in which case I would like to know if it was a software edit, or using some sort of Upscaler.
