This thing is really screwed up. I'm replacing all electronics. I've ordered a new 24v motor controller with potentialmeter, forward & reverse, and a digital power meter. I also ordered a multi LED battery meter. I'm working on the plans for the 12v lighting, sound system and misc. Battery key cutoff switch arrived, along with a new 24v charger. The sound system is a mystery. Soundtraxx? This will take some time to research 🧐
