That's right. Kyrgyzstan seems quite a healthy place. Good food, good water, good air, very high standard of living. Their average income can buy all they need in life. They're living in good times. Long may it last. 😊

Hitchhiking in Kyrgyzstan was very enjoyable and very safe. Kyrgyzstan is a very safe country. It's a fantastic place to travel in, for men and women, even for solo women. 😊. I encourage everyone to do the same as what we did.

Hat's off to you Miriam (& Nanet) - what an adventure - we briefly met in September around Jeti-Ögüz (in Kyrgyzstan) I was struggling! (I'd had a heart attack a year earlier) - that said, I was there!!! & you too. Thank you for the inspiration to push on - Looks like you had a unfogettable time - likewise. Rekindled the travel bug in me, that's laid dormant for many years - Happy travels girls!

Yes it did @@miriamlancewoodinthewild Thank you for spontainiously organising an inpromptu lift for me. I was struggling with the altitude (Well, I do spend most of my life under sea level!) It really helped covering those last few Km's in a car. I wish you well in your further travels - was nice meeting you!

Wow roads without cars that's a refreshing change, nice to see people travelling buy horse, must be fantastic air quality in such remote places so that's another thing to like. Some city's in India millions of people walking around with masks on because pollution is so bad .
