Do you not think people, even them coming from other parts of the world is because he was once Elvis and they believe that so want to come and see him? as this is very uncommon for people all over the world to come to a small unknown small church when there are thousands of preachers more famous and well known that don’t get this interest? I believe he was once Elvis and God has used Pst Bob Joyce for the gift that He has given him in music both used in the world now called to be used for His glory to draw thousands to Himself. @@theovinis1095 Elvis sang a lot of gospel songs before he was called by Jesus, he made cd albums as we know, then Jesus said to him - it is time… your appointed calling is now to be manifested for my glory, Jesus said, give it now all to me, your fame, your fortune, your family and serve Me and you shall be blessed as I will bring the nations and draw my people through you for the gift I have given you is now to be used for my glory and my people to come unto me. That’s what I believe Jesus has said and done for Pst Bob Joyce and he obeyed, that’s why so many across the world have come, he is living in peace now given to him from the Lord, he is God’s chosen one for a special task and he heeded to the voice of God and he came… Elvis’s voice is very unique which many have tried to duplicate but cannot and still he has that same voice that can only come from God, I am not from Elvis’s generation but yet I am moved by his sermons and his music, I know of well known pastors but yet this man has something special even though I am from a different country, I too would love to meet him to say thankyou for surrendering, and yes… r.i.p. because your rest has now come with perfect peace in Jesus, is it because he was once Elvis? well, I watch him every week from North Wales UK and I just see Jesus shine through him and I think what a great God we serve to bring someone from such a presence in the world at that time with all his fame from all over the world, and today his life has turned around, giving up the old for the new and I wish him all the peace, protection and blessings to fulfill his calling as he runs his race until he is called home.

My take on this man is: I do believe that this man is Elvis Presley. An eye-witness said that closer up, he has many more signs of age than we see from this distance, and could easily be 89 years old. As well as all the identifying marks, his voice and personality seem pretty much like Elvis. What I admire about this man is that he turned his back on the evils of the Entertainment Business when he was at the height of fame and obeyed the voice of God when He anointed him back then to become a preacher. Bob knows that the uncertainty of his identity will keep people skeptical, but also that it will also bring lost souls to the foot of the cross, where he can fulfil his real calling and lead people to Christ. He is a real disciple, giving up great riches and fame to serve his saviour. Bless you, Elvis!

My favorite of the three videos because I truly believe in the old gospel songs. I am 77 and being raised in the church and singing all these songs and singing as a teenager in duets with my sister I almost come to tears when I think about those days as my sister passed away 20 years ago. Bob is right, the young people have never heard these old gospel hymns as now those new choruses are up on the screen being played over and over and over just a few lines repeated. I bought Elvis's gospel cd's years ago and also Alan Jackson. A few months before my mother passed, we were on the way home from the hospital and I played Alan Jackson's gospel cd, and my mother started singing to his songs and it brought tears to my eyes. It was a joy to hear her beautiful voice strong as ever even though she had just been in the hospital.

Interesting that Bob doesn't seem to be able to look Gene Ho in the eye most of the time...but in his ministry he is very hands on and looks everyone in church in the eye. I don't know what it means exactly but found it strange. He's friendly, but in his own little world. Could be shyness, but he certainly doesn't normally seem shy.
