I'm guessing you've already recorded the last episode, but in case you haven't: one wrinkle of Supreme Sonja's skillset that's easy to lose track of is that she loses *ALL* special abilities during her SCOP. That includes her attack-first feature, which is an inverse of her normal stats. So if you can guarantee a one-hit kill (or at least that the _next_ hit is a kill) then it's actually perfectly safe to attack her. Also, the COP is weird because it's kind of obviously the MUCH BETTER power (3 stars for Lash + Hachi SCOP _and_ all of the other D2D features), but because of her low CO meter (and generally how the AI is programmed) she pretty much never uses it.

Just hot to 26 minutes but Deej, you are misreading S. Sonja's super. Reread the explicit words of it. Her units being revealed proves her day to day power is disabled meaning during her super you attack first, as long as the enemy dies it doesn't instakill counter attack you (I didn't make the rom or play it but given the phrasing I'm sure that is how it works) edit at 26:50 you see it. If she attacked first it wouldn't have taken any damage

He is right deejus, also as for how strong her counters are here I will give my example I found out. I attacked one of her infantry on a bridge with a full hp MD tank on a city with Andy. I dealt 9hp worth of damage due to a bad luck roll. The 1 hp infantry then dealt 7hp of damage in return to the MD tank leaving it at 3hp. If you don't one shot an enemy during that power they will almost certainly kill whatever hit them.

Honestly, I love the writing. Embrace the Mid-90’s Teenage Soap Opera featuring Mean Girls cheese to the fullest extent, and have a story that still makes more sense than Dual Strike or FE Engage.

it seams like sonja doesn't get her first strike power on her super power turns. its just that if a counter attack would do even 1% damage, it will kill your unit. So I guess you could attack an infantry with an anti air and as long as the infantry dies, then your anti air would live

It's actually rather easy if you choose the right COs and play defensively. Sonja is actually weakest when she gets her SCOP. Her auto-first strike is far more powerful than losing units to counterattacks.
