Hey Mike it would be nice to see you do a hard top I just got one for my Black Out I haven't install it yet. I made a Rottisie and a playfield box, so very soon . Also there is something about those star roll overs. Check out some videos on it from hardtop. Luckily I don't have any. Ha Ha.. Oh Fireball 2 has that extra lip on it's Apron and Todd said that one was because of the micro switches underneath so you wouldn't smash them when lifting up the playfield. I hope you do the hardtop. @@pinballshenanigans Cool I hope they give you a decent price for those 2. On a side note there wasn't any taxes on it. Still unsure why. I heard that some states were excluding taxes to help the economy prices. Hopefully that's still going for you.

Fun Fact - I once destroyed a Xenon backglass playing the game with the playfield glass off. It shot up the ramp and right into the outer backglass. I was sad. It's all I could think of when you were test playing. LOL Getting there nicely!

It's been a while but if I remember correctly to test the lower level flippers press the test button and press the flipper buttons at the same time. You have to do it when the game is playing. As for the hard top, a great product. I did one on my Xenon last year. Star rollovers are a problem though. They will be lower than the new HT surface. You have to loosen them and re-glue them so they are level with the hardtop.

Thanks Allen! I will try that test. With 9 rollovers on the upper playfield I am SO out lol.

Nice work on the Mylar removal. …I’ve only ever used a hairdryer. Your freezing it off worked great. Did it lift any paint?

Haha right on. It was a nickname given to me in about grade 7 by my best friend. Ickle or Ick for short. Why....I have no idea! But has stuck to this day and less common than MIK which I used to use back in the day!
