Thanks for sharing your S550 diagnostic expertise! You may have mentioned it in other videos but a component frequently overlooked is the prefuse box. Most folks are aware of the fuses (150, 200, and the big 400) within this area but they’re not tracking the replaceable relay in this unit. One would have to use their tools and tricks of the trade to rule out the culprit but I would check here if a borrowed ECM doesn’t initiate crank. Thanks again for the extended commentary also! It helps educating the community so they can expand upon what’s being taught to them as they encounter similar situations on other Benz vehicles in the future. Hey, I have a 2007 Mercedes C230 Sport throwing a P0015 code and sometimes it changes to a P0014 code. Replaced the cam magnets and it’s still there. Any advice?

Hello sir! I love Mercedes. I mostly work on classic old school Mercedes and other cars. I need your help. I can't find a normal scanner for W210 Benz.. The Autel for some reason is missing a W210 chassis which is so weird... Can you help? What are the options? I want a good scanner with live data etc.

I don’t know, I work on Mercedes Xentry with DAS, the older models use httwin which I hate, I don’t mess with cars older than 2003 from that reason.

Hello sir, I Have A 2008 Mercedes S550 Base Model and I also have all my lights come on and have all my power working but I have no crank or anything when I turn the key just like in your video. Does that mean I have the exact same problem as your customer? My Engine Control Unit.

My S500 2005 doesn’t start. No fuel pressure n lost power to seat power, radio, air pump, suspension is all out. Engine does spin. Does the ECU control those components? Also fuel pump doesn’t come on.

Check your rear SAM it’s under rear passenger seat, most likely you got water in the car

Man ...just get an Autel scanner. It programs the Mercedes ECU with ease. All that expensive talk about the dealer and licensing is outdated. Who does that?
