Looks great Alex! And I agree... probably the best Bushcraft fireplace in all of KZbin.... But you knew that when you packed up your 'hand-made' slippers. I had forgotten that episode when you fashioned those slippers out of the Wild Nylon growing around the camp. Then the tapping and getting the rubber-sap from the neighboring trees. Yeau, it was a great episode... all from the least educational channel on KZbin.

Yeah it's a forgotten skill, slipper making from natural materials. I'm on a one man mission to bring it back to the main stream! Cheers John

When doing wattle and daub, you should add straw AND manure to the mud. Any dry grass will do and cow manure is good, if you could not find cow manure, well... have another curry and see how you go.

Great work mate, looks amazing. Love the colour contrast between the mud and clay. Came up a treat! And the little earth porn interlude cracked me up!! Need some 70s blue movie soundtrack to add to it!! Maybe the Blue Oyster Salad bar music from Police Academy!!! This channel just keeps getting funnier and more entertaining each episode.
