I give you and your brothers a lot of credit for doing this and all of what you guys do in being able to keep the family members that want to farm to be able to stay on the farm. I personally don’t think l could handle the stress of it all. You are one of my favorites when it comes to farming KZbin channels and enjoy watching what you do.

It takes a well versed contractor and project manager to do that kind of build. It's well more complex than just a standard building job, having to deal with the size, scale, and special equipment being used. Great video!

That's massive Andy. It will streamline the cow milking process a great deal. I'm sure when the cows move into place for milking, Bluetooth speakers will drop down beside their ears and play soothing milking music.😂 Really cool engineering Andy, I can't wait to see it in operation, good luck

Andy, we love your channel and are extremely impressed with the facilities your family are developing, a significant industrial dairy complex! After seeing so many daires leaving or going out of business in our area of the country due to development taking over farm ground, and/or envirmontal regulations, I sincerely hope it is possible to produce the needed feed for all of those cows, going into the future. All the best, Nick, North West Farmer (Oregon)

Hi Andy, is there any Government Grant available to Farmers in your State to install Solar Panels on the barn? I would imagine you have high electric costs for all your barns and the new milking parlor. It would be cheaper in the longrun to be off grid and actually with the roof size you have you could install enough panels to be selling electricity to the grid ontop of what you use. Just wondering if you have had a costing and projected pay back timeline considered before?
@robertquast9684Ай бұрын
Not sure in Andy’s case but others I know of that have checked into solar on dairy barn roofs the weight of the panels and related equipment make it difficult. The buildings typically aren’t spec’d with a high enough load rating and to get a 100 or 120’ wide building with the required ratings it gets quite expensive
@EFCasualАй бұрын
