Can you share the quality setting of the video in which you are watching. Try to watch in 720p or 1080p, everything will be visible because same problem occurs with others too but they were watching in 360p or below resolution.

Spectrometry is commonly used term for Mass because electromagnetic radiation is not used in MS. If electromagnetic radiation is used then Spectroscopy is used.
