Haha, that was such a familiar sound, as a tiny bit dropped out - invariably, in my case, it will always make it's way into the most inaccessible place in the room, or land in a pile of other stuff that shouldn't really be there. I really should do the same strip down on one of my two Muldivo Mentors (Walther WSR160) - I got it all free enough to mostly work but it would definitely benefit from a proper strip down - maybe one day.....

The only machines I can reliably tear down and rebuild are 100 and 200 Series Odhners. Other machines (Facits in particular) tend to be in the “lube and wiggle” category, which works surprisingly well.

@@rubberswan Lube and wiggle, and maybe a bit of heat has served me very well - obviously I can do a complete strip down if required, but if I can save the time I will. It's still nice to see a complete strip down though, so I'll catch up on more of your videos when I get a chance.
